Carolina Biofuels LLC produces to the ASTM / EN 14214 and EU specifications for worldwide production to our customers. We are a member of the National Biodiesel Board and have received a BQ-9000 accreditation. Our biodiesel facility is located in Greenville, South Carolina and are the third largest biodiesel producer in the world.

- Began working for Phillip Morris as a polymer chemist in 1981
- Moved from Senior Polymer Chemist to Technical Director with Morton International
- In 2001, began working for Carolina Polymers, LLC as Chief Technical Officer where he is currently employed
Bill McIlwain

- Graduated with honors from Georgia Institute of Technology with B.S. Chemical Engineering
- Employed by Rohm and Haas/Morton International from 1992-2001 with titles of Pilot Plant Supervisor, Process Engineer, Production Manager and Plant Manager
- From 2001-2005, Area Manager for Rohm and Haas, Louisville , Kentucky.
- In 2005, became Chief Operating Officer at Carolina Polymers where he is responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the company and effectively coordinating the activities of Marketing, R&D and Manufacturing.
